Small Broom Hanger Helps Organize Chicken Tractor

What the heck is a chicken tractor? We had to Google that one ourselves. Turns out a “chicken tractor” is a chicken coop on wheels. Yes, you read that correctly, we said on wheels. Cool, right. We could also call the chicken tractor an “enclosed chicken hauling trailer”…yah, we like the sound of that…an enclosed chicken hauling trailer. Now that is right up or alley! Why would a Pit Products small broom hanger be installed on the side of anything to do with chickens or chicken coops?Hey, we never know what our customers are going to do with the Pit Products storage and organization accessories they purchase, but we can honestly say we were surprised to receive the photos of one of our small broom or shovel hanger mounted to the side of a rolling chicken coop or what our customer refers to as a “chicken tractor.”Here is the story behind the purchase: Our customer, we’ll call him Matt, was getting tired of having to grab his rake from the garage and take it out to the chicken coop whenever he or his wife wanted to clean out the chicken tractor. So, Matt got on the Pit Products website and ordered a small broom hanger that he then mounted to the side of the chicken hauling trailer. Problem solved. Now the chicken coop cleaning rake is always easy to find, as long as his little girls don’t decide to play with the rake in the woods or out on the trails. We sure love learning what our customers decide to do with the trailer storage cabinets or the garage storage accessories we build for them. We appreciate the photos Matt and the creativity!
