Because these cabinets were designed for trailers, the base cabinets come with no backs or bottoms but the overhead cabinets are completely enclosed. The base cabinets are designed to use your existing floor and walls to finish enclosing them which keeps the weight and manufacturing costs down.

Backs and bottoms are available as an option to these type of cabinets, if you would prefer to have them.

The doors on these cabinets are also of a lightweight construction, they are designed to for a smooth clean look and feature quarter turn non-locking detented latches to hold them closed. The lightweight aluminum diamond plate base cabinets also include a tray type shelf which you bolt in place.

Heavy duty diamond plate aluminum garage cabinets are the big brother to the trailer cabinets.

These were designed specifically for the garage or workshop but have been finding their way into many recreation rooms and Man Caves!

The entire line of heavy duty diamond plate aluminum cabinets come fully enclosed. We were not worried about the added weight like you need to when building something for a trailer, so we did these up right.

The doors are made completely different, with a with a bent and welded construction that closes flush into the cabinet.
