Order Processing
Your order will be processed the day we receive it. Items are shipped directly from us the manufacturer in Northern Michigan. Orders are processed during business weekdays only: Monday - Friday. Orders placed after 5:00 PM (Pacific Time) will be processed the next business day.
Standard Delivery
If your order is being shipped to any of the 50 U.S. states, it will arrive at your shipping address in 1-7 business days after the receipt of your order. If your billing address is a P.O. Box, please include your physical address as the ship-to address for faster delivery. All orders will be shipped via FedEx, U.S. Postal Service or freight carrier depending on item. All orders will default to the Standard Ground delivery option at checkout unless otherwise specified.
**Please Note: Freight Shipments If you do not have a commercial address, there will be a $30.00 surcharge that will be assessed to your bill. Lareg Items such as Base Cabinets and Ramps must ship VIA Freight
